The Known Gallery Collection and Patrick Martinez team up on a T-shirt release commemorating the “HUSTLEMANIA” exhibition at Known Gallery in Los Angeles. The design is one of Martinez’s signature neon works that imitate neon signs that you might find in the city, the only difference is this one reads: “I DON’T LIKE TO DREAM ABOUT GETTING PAID.” The hook lyric taken from Eric B. and Rakim’s album Paid in Full, Martinez explains, “This is what people are saying and thinking in the streets, city, suburbs, it’s a mindset in America during this recession.” The design is printed on a premium soft body T-shirt and is only available at Known Gallery.
